GOSHH stands for Gender, Orientation, Sexual Health and HIV. We are a voluntary organisation who provide support, counselling, training, education and information across all of these areas. We actively challenge inequality, and stigma and believe that everyone has the right to be free from discrimination and violence. As part of our support work we facilitate peer support groups.
Our two youth groups – The Rainbow Gang and Genderwise – are excited to be joining together to take part in Phase 1 of the Autonomy Project. We shall be exploring Gender Autonomy. Our choices and freedoms around self-identifying our gender/s, and gender expression, have personal significance for many members of our group, and this is an fantastic opportunity for us these areas in more depth and to utilise the powerful medium of the arts to share our explorations with a public audience.
